I hope summer break has been good to you and your family and that you enjoyed many adventures. The beginning of the 2024-2025 school year is right around the corner and it is with great anticipation that we WELCOME you and your student(s) to our school.

 

THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOLfor the 2024-2025 school year will be on Wednesday, August 7th, at 8:30am. Please note that the first week of school will be minimum days and school is out 12:30pm for TK-1 and 12:40pm for grades 2-5. TK and Kindergarten students and their parents are invited to visit our Skvarla campus on Tuesday, August 6th, from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, for TK and Kindergarten Orientation to familiarize TK and kindergarten students with their teachers and classrooms. The most accurate and final class lists (no more changes) will be posted at our school campuses on Monday, August 5th

 

BACK-TO-SCHOOL NIGHT is scheduled for Thursday, August 8th, at 4:00pm. Back-to-School night offers a great opportunity for parents, teachers, and administration to visit and establish important relationships for the coming year. During Back-to-School Night, we will also host a LiveScan event where parents who plan on volunteering in the school or during field trips can get their fingerprint requirement taken care of to be cleared as a Level 2 Volunteer.  Please bring your ID and get your fingerprints completed.

 

COA is continuing to develop educational RADIO PROGRAMS oriented towards the needs of our parents and community. “School and Family” is a half-hour radio program once a week, every Thursday at 8:00аm, on the radio station 87.7 FM. We also utilize the help of Parent Square to relay important information to our parents. Please register with Parent Square to receive the most updated school news and information (registration instructions are included in your mailer).
